The artist book project is inspired by a time when I was caught up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life, barely noticing the changing seasons around me. Elaine Sexton's poignant and delicate short poems served as a wake-up call, reminding me of the importance of staying connected to my inner self. I have curated a selection of her work, which showcases her soft and sensual emotional expression, to create a book that not only speaks to my personal experience but also serves as a reminder to others to stay in touch with their own hearts.
